If I am subscribed to the Planything box, do I have to buy the box every month?

When you signed up for the subscription you agreed to let us automatically charge your card. You will receive every box automatically until you cancel the subscription. So you don’t need to do anything, just wait for every box to arrive 🙂 

When you purchased a single box you are not subscribed.

What are the shipping costs? 

The Netherlands:
Based on weight:
0 gr – 500gr : € 3,99 (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 5kg : € 5,75 

Europe Union* & UK: 
Based on weight:
0 gr – 500gr : € 5,99 (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 1kg : € 7,99
1,1 kg  – 5 kg :  € 9,99

USA & all other countries: 
Based on weight:
0 gr – 249. gr: € 7,99
250gr – 500gr : € 9,99 (Rate for 1 Subscription box)
501gr. – 750gr : € 14,99
751 gr  – 1 kg :  € 16,99
1,1 kg – 5kg : € 19,99

 * Countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If your country is not listed in the above list, please subscribe for the “USA & all other countries” subscription.

What is the estimated shipping time?
Estimated shipping time in the Netherlands: 1-3 workdays.
Estimated shipping time for countries in Europe is 1-2 weeks.
Estimated shipping time for the rest of the world 1-3 weeks.

But note due to Covid-19 shipping can take longer than normal.

With which company do you ship the boxes?
International boxes are shipped with DHL / Deutsche post / USPS / Fedex
Boxes in the Netherlands are shipped with Postnl.

Do you ship the subscription boxes with tracking?
Yes, you receive tracking information to check where your order is.

Change your address

Do you need to change the shipping address of your planner subscription? Please send us an email before the 20th of the month. Please send your new address to: amber@planythingbox.com

How can I cancel my subscription

Please send us an email at amber@planythingbox.com if you want to cancel your subscription. You are able to cancel your subscription after 2 months. This needs to happen before the 1st of the month. For example if you want to cancel your July box you have to e-mail us before July 1st. 

In which months will the box be shipped

The boxes are send the last day of the month

Why is my subscription not appearing in my account on this site?

The account you can login on this website is connected to our webshop. In your account only single boxes purchased in the webshop will appear. There is no account made with subscribing to our box. If you have any questions about your subscription or need to change your email address or mail address please send an email to: amber@planythingbox.com

When will the subscription end?

The subscription and recurring payment is not automatically stopping after a certain amount of months. If you want to cancel your subscription you can do that after you received 2 boxes. A subscription needs to be canceled before the 1st of the next month. If you want to cancel your subscription please email to: amber@planythingbox.com

Return policy

Boxes bought without a subscription can be returned. The box needs to be in original state. Returning shipping costs are for the buyer. If you receive your order and want to return it, you have to send us an email within 14 days to amber@planythingbox.com

It is not possible to return your box when you have a subscription. 

Can I skip a month?

It is not possible to skip a month in your subscription.
